CFO/Controller dashboard - Finance user role view of the Wholesale Distribution Dashboard

To complete the set from http://www.netsuite.com/portal/resource/interactive_dash_main.shtml, here is the CFO or Controller role’s view of the Wholesale Distribution enterprise dashboard. Obviously, the focus is now on the financial data. In the KPI portlet, we now have indicators such as Check Promised, Overdue Invoices, Income, Expenses, Profit, Total Bank Balance, Receivables, Payable. And if you look at the Tasks portlet of the enterprise dashboard, you’ll see financial staff tasks such as Create Estimate, New Contracts, Special Orders, etc.

Homework: If you are on an enterprise dashboard project, do yourself a favor and take a look at Enterprise Dashboards: Design and Best Practices for IT, the only book on actually implementing enterprise dashboards.
