A Staffing Dashboard - Xcelsius calculator for HR staffing levels

Who said that dashboards can't be folksy and fun? Here is an Xcelsius calculator for fine tuning the staffing level of a department. In this example at datapigtechnologies.com, we see how the number of adjunct professors can be calculated by the user adjusting various inputs. There is a knob control for the student to teacher ratio. There are sliders for growth projections. This is an interactive flash demo, so try it here.
