Organization Budget Planning Executive Dashboard

Budget planning workflow is always a challenge in organizations. This Budget Planning Enterprise Dashboard assists in the preparation, dissemination, review and approval of P&L Budgets, Salary Schedules, Balance Sheet Budgets, and Special Budgets. Note the legend for the executive dashboard. It explains the three roles of Preparer, Reviewer and Approver. There are six possible states for the budgets as represented by the different colors. Ready for Input, Work in Progress, Complete, Rejected, Approved, and Pending Approval. Also of interest is the spreadsheet view where you can highlight a particular cell and bring up a popup with detail of the budgeting information.
