Word is the easiest database for mainstream users.

Although I applaud his efforts I can't seriously imagine 'mainstream' users making use of this 'web application'. Both "databases" and "web applications" are not something most users want to encounter unless forced to. And the only people who can force anyone to use a real or quasi-databases are their bosses. And I bet that most managers or bosses would want to use something standard before using a database that is not-a-database.

I don't mean to be harsh it just seems that this is solving a problem that does not exist or could just as easily be solved using a Wiki with a list, links and search.

But it does seem like this company is passionate about making software easier to use so I look forward to future projects.
