Medical Practice Dashboard Screenshots – Patient, therapist, receptionist dashboards

From a UI designer (http://www.fluidik.net/portfolio/impac.html) comes this series of business dashboards for a medical practice administration application.

This first screenshot is of the patient's electronic medical record. Any of the user roles would pull this chart to view patient details such as name, age, MD info, medical alerts, allergies, medications, diagnoses and interventions:

This is the screenshot of the therapist's dashboard with an appointment calendar, quality checklist and a consolidated worksheet. Note also the top area of the screenshot where a patient can be chosen and navigation can be selected for the patient's dashboard, schedule, chart, treatment, and shortcuts:

So what or who is The Dashboard Spy? As his about page states, The Dashboard Spy is just a guy interested in the design of enterprise dashboards. He could not find any executive dashboard design source books (or even screenshots of real business dashboards) and so set about creating his own. Finally convinced to post his extensive collection of dashboard screenshots online, he was amazed to find how popular it has become. If you have a nice screenshot of a digital dashboard, balanced scorecard, or any business intelligence graphic to share, please send an email to info _at_ dashboardspy.com.
